Job Description:

Duties--- Serves as the Quality Assurance Group Deputy Director and provides administrative and technical supervision to the quality assurance staff within the QA Group.--- Responsible for the direction and management of the Quality Assurance program involving a large number of facilities engaged in production and manufacturing of a variety of programs of a complex nature.--- Delegates, reviews, and approves work products of subordinate staff and provides technical guidance as needed.--- Reviews quality assurance processes (e.g., surveillance execution, identifying contractual technical deficiencies) to establish or reassess goals to identify impediments, and to determine needs for changes in direction.--- Provides expert QA guidance and oversight to the group on contractor product assurance and quality assurance management processes and their impact on the DoD acquisition process.--- Provides insightful program technical performance analysis and reporting; and gathers, analyzes, and integrates multi-dimensional data into actionable recommendations for leadership.--- Establishes long and short-range team goals and objectives, approves, or validates execution plans, priorities, schedules, and resource/budget requirementsRequirements Conditions of Employment--- Must be a U.Scitizen--- Security Requirements: Non-Critical Sensitive with Secret Access--- Appointment is subject to the completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination, where reciprocity cannot be applied;
