following job description: Identify, solicit, develop, manage,
service, retain and grow long-term commercial relationships for
clients with $5MM to $75MM in annual sales. Offer a full range of
loan, deposit, and fee-based services to existing and prospective
commercial clients. Leverage the CCB Industry & Advisory teams as
appropriate to create the optimal client experience. Refer business
and personal financial needs of assigned clients through the
appropriate channel according to Integrated Relationship Management
(IRM). Levels (I – III) should be differentiated based on years of
commercial banking experience, portfolio size, and overall
potential in the role per leadership discretion. Essential Duties
and Responsibilities Following is a summary of the essential
functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major
and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may
change from time to time. Leverage the Truist Sales Process,
Financial Insights, and the Industry & Advisory team to
consistently deliver a differentiated client experience in all
client, prospect and center of influence (COI) interactions.
Manage, service and grow an assigned book of commercial banking
clients. Execute on prospecting activities to grow new commercial
banking households. Understand and contribute to the credit
decisioning process, including analysis and interpretation of
financial statements, credit structuring, underwriting
requirements, policy knowledge, risk identification and mitigation,
all in accordance with the Truist credit risk appetite. Focus on
driving continual improvement in portfolio revenue growth and new
production revenue. Proactively contact clients to fully develop
commercial banking relationships by executing on Integrated
Relationship Management (IRM) principles. Include the
identification of all business and personal financial needs and
bring in the appropriate partners to deliver Truist solutions.
Monitor, maintain and update sales activity, pipeline, and other
pertinent information using the Bank’s client relationship
management (CRM) system. Execute on all risk, operational, policy
and quality expectations related to assigned client portfolio.
Qualifications Required Qualifications: The requirements listed

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and related training
Three to eight (3-8) years of experience Clear understanding of
credit and finance Excellent verbal and written communication
skills Excellent negotiation skills Demonstrated proficiency in
basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software
