Job Description:

We are looking for an AutoCAD Project Manager for a client of ours. The position will be a 9 month contract as a Project Manager.

We would like to add some project management assist duties to the CAD operator function we had in the past. The following is a brief description of duties:

? Provides management of drawing changes and documentations for records. Maintains electronic files and project files. Provides printing and photocopying, and respond to requests for sending design documents to stakeholders.

? Assist in providing oversight project administration of modular offices, roofing replacement, demolition and HVAC systems construction projects.

? Develop and prepare preliminary and schematic design level architectural and engineering CAD plans and bid documents

? Data entry for MAXIMO, the facilities computerized maintenance management system

? Assists and Reviews contractor's pay apps. shop drawings, requests for information, and change proposals

? Creates/draws in CAD, Photoshop, Google Earth, Sketch Up, or any other graphic software: site plans and renderings for preliminary building designs.

The candidate should have a Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with minimum 3 to 5 years related experience.
