motivated and detail-oriented Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
Intern to join our global project team. This internship provides
hands-on experience in modern manufacturing technologies, with a
focus on automation systems, process optimization, and advanced
manufacturing techniques. The ideal candidate is passionate about
innovation and eager to gain real-world experience on a global
level and an Engineering Tomorrow mentality.This is an onsite,
year-round internship at our Turbocor Global Headquarters in
Tallahassee, FL.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this
position include, but are not limited to, the following:Assist in
the design, testing, and implementation of manufacturing, testing
and material Handling solutions.Support the development and
documentation of projects and standard procedures.Collaborate with
cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality
assurance to improve manufacturing processes.Collect, organize and
analyze production data, to identify areas for improvement.Help
integrate new equipment, including robotic systems, PLCs, vision
systems, and smart manufacturing tools.Participate in root cause
analysis and problem-solving production issues.Maintaining a clean,
safe and orderly workplace.Other related duties as
assignedBackground & SkillsRequired QualificationsSenior Industrial
/ Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or Computer
Science Student or Equivalent Work experienceBasic knowledge about
assembly manufacturingFamiliarity with CAD software (e.g., Creo,
AutoCAD) and MS. Office PackageStrong analytical, organizational,
and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.Preferred QualificationsCurrently pursuing a
PHDs or masters degree in engineering, computer science, or a
related fieldPrevious internship or project experience in
manufacturing or automation setting.Exposure to Industry 4.0
technologies, SCADA, MES, IoT or manufacturing, or smart factory
