Job Description:
Seeking a full-time RN Charge Nurse for straight weekends
(6a-6:30p) in West Fargo, ND, with 12-hour shifts on Fri-Sun and
every third holiday.
Enjoy $5/hour weekend status and $2/hour weekend shift
differentials added to base pay.
Provide high-quality nursing care, including assessments, care
planning, medication administration, and documentation, adhering to
all regulations.
Assist in staff orientation, monitor subordinate staff, and
communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare
providers.
Must have an active ND RN or LPN license; LTC experience
preferred.
Compensation ranges from $33-$35.97/hr for RNs and $27-$29.43/hr
for LPNs, with benefits including health insurance, 403(B) match,
paid time off, and more.
