Job Description Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel
nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Tallahassee, Florida.
Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline:
RN - Start Date: 07/30/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per
week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel - Identify
and address patient teaching needs in collaboration with the
patient, family, and interdisciplinary team. - Provide timely
updates for initial and ongoing team conferences. - Document all
patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and
promptly. - Actively participate in the patient rehabilitation
program and ensure safe, effective care using the nursing process.
- Initiate discharge planning and patient education from the day of
admission. - Communicate changes in patient status to the care team
to support continuity and safety. - Supervise and delegate tasks to
LPNs and CNAs effectively. Certifications:/n/nBLS &
ACLS/n/nExperience:/n/nMinimum 2 years of bedside clinical
experience (required)/n/nPrevious Select Medical experience (highly
