Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit Monitor patient health conditions and respond effectively to complications Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention Implement patient care plans and document patient progress Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and standards of care at all times Strong clinical skills with a focus on cardiac care Ability to perform under stress Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association CCRN or PCCN certifications preferred but not required
