working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Albany, Georgia, 31701! Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Weeks Shift: 12 Hour Days Hours per Shift: 48 hours per week
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an Acute Care setting License:
Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ASLS or NIHSS,
TNCC preferred Must-Have: - 2 years of ER experience - Meditech
6.15 experience - Willingness to undergo weekly testing if not
vaccinated for COVID Description: Unit has a 75-mile radius rule
for candidates. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of
emergency room experience in an acute care setting. COVID
immunization is not required, but individuals who are not
vaccinated must agree to weekly testing. Clinical interviews or
auto-offers based on profile and skills review can be provided.
Candidates will take an online Cardiac Rhythms test and an ESI
Triage Exam during orientation. Failure on the ESI Triage Exam will
result in remediation by the ER Nurse Educator before retesting.
Travel experience is highly preferred, or a minimum of five years
in a Level 1 Trauma facility is ideal. The unit has a designated
area for less acute patients and sees approximately 140 visits per
day. It has a total of 25 monitored beds, six fast treatment beds,
six fast treatment chairs, two trauma bays, and a dedicated stroke
room. Nurses in the unit are responsible for their own lab draws
and IV starts. The team works with a charge nurse, nurse aides, and
patient sitters. Weekend and holiday shifts are required on a
rotating basis. Common diagnoses include a range from pediatric to
geriatric patients, trauma, and neuro cases. The unit is a
