Must Be Fully Enrolled as a Florida Medicaid Provider Dentist Work Environment: Dental Center Computer Software: Eagle Soft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System) Dress Code: Medical Scrubs Important Requirments: Must be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider Credentialed with Denta Quest Dental Insurance Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance Candidate Responsibilities: Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist. Experience/Skills Required: 1 year experience provide a full range of general dental services Educational Requirement: DDS or DMD degree Active Florida Dental License
