Job Description:
Headway is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our pioneering team in
revolutionizing mental health care services. At Headway, we connect
patients with mental health professionals using an innovative
platform that integrates seamlessly with insurance providers,
ensuring mental health care is more accessible. In this role, the
successful candidate will provide high-quality psychological
assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to a diverse
population of patients. Conduct comprehensive psychological
assessments and formulate effective treatment plans. Implement
therapeutic interventions based on current evidence-based
practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in
accordance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of
advancements in the field. Provide crisis intervention services as
needed. Lead group therapy sessions and workshops on mental health
topics. Strong clinical skills in psychological assessments and
therapy Ability to empathize and maintain professional boundaries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in
using electronic health record systems Knowledge of insurance
processes and claims Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Current state licensure as a Licensed
Clinical Psychologist Board Certified in Clinical Psychology
