This position involves caring for patients who require continuous monitoring and as a Travel Tele RN, you will be tasked with assessing the patients' conditions, administering medications, maintaining accurate records, and utilizing advanced medical equipment. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any critical changes to the appropriate healthcare team members. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Operate telemetry equipment and interpret data. Educate patients and families on health conditions and maintenance. Ensure continuous patient care and accurate record-keeping. Strong understanding of telemetry devices and interpretations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
