Job Description:

seeking an experienced Travel Stepdown RN for a rewarding
assignment in Albany, Georgia. This position offers the unique
opportunity to provide top-tier patient care in a dynamic,

The chosen candidate will manage patient care in stepdown units
where patients require close monitoring and frequent assessment,
but are not as critically ill as those in the ICU. You'll work
alongside a dedicated team to facilitate recovery and ensure the
continuity of care for post-critical patients transitioning to less
intensive nursing care. Monitor and record patients' vital signs
and communicate any changes to the corresponding healthcare
professionals. Administer medications, provide treatments, and
assist with pain management in a step-down unit setting. Develop
and review care plans in collaboration with the care team, ensuring
personalized patient-centered care. Educate patients and their
families on treatment plans and ongoing needs to prepare for
discharge or transition to lower-intensity care. Maintain accurate
patient records and prepare reports on patients' status and
progress. Advanced knowledge of cardiac monitoring technology and
devices. High proficiency in managing complex patient cases in a
step-down unit. Excellent communication, decision-making, and
clinical reasoning skills. Capability to work flexibly in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license in the
state of Georgia or ability to obtain. Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
required.
