Job Description:
At Ascension, we are seeking a dedicated X-Ray Technician who is
committed to providing compassionate and innovative care. As part
of our dynamic healthcare team, you will use advanced imaging
technologies to assist in diagnosing and treating various medical
conditions. This role involves operating X-ray equipment, preparing
patients for procedures, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring
the safety of all involved, while upholding our commitment to
personalized, faith-based healthcare. Operate and maintain X-ray
and other diagnostic imaging equipment. Prepare patients and
explain imaging procedures to ensure understanding and comfort.
Follow radiologic requirements and regulations to ensure safety and
compliance. Work collaboratively with radiologists and other
healthcare team members to determine and execute imaging as per the
clinical needs. Manage imaging data and patient records with
accuracy and confidentiality. Provide technical support and patient
care that aligns with Ascension’s mission of compassionate service.
Proficiency in operating X-ray and diagnostic imaging equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail
and ability to multi-task effectively. Technical skills including
image processing and radiation safety. Problem-solving skills and
the ability to work collaboratively in a high-stress environment.

Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Licensed as a Radiologic
