You will work in well-equipped facilities, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through high-quality care. Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functioning. Assist surgeons during operations, providing instruments, managing surgical equipment, and monitoring patient vitals. Administer and monitor patient anesthesia during surgery. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and evaluate patient treatment plans. Maintain a sterile environment to ensure patient safety. Provide patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, addressing complications quickly and efficiently. Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in managing surgical tools and instruments. Ability to maintain accurate patient records and document procedural notes. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
