Job Description Internal Medicine Physician (IM) Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in the hub of Southwest Georgia. Salary and Benefits - Guaranteed base salary for the first 6 months - Production-based pay model - Earning potential: $250,000–$450,000 annually based on performance - $100,000 sign-on bonus: $50,000 upfront with a two-year commitment, $50,000 lump sum at renewal for an additional two years - $1,000 stipend for each one-week call rotation - Residency stipend of $1,500 per month - Student loan repayment: $75,000 through the National Health Service Corps (two-year commitment) - Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility - Relocation bonus - Health and dental insurance (employer contributes $550 monthly) - Vision insurance - Life insurance - Short-term and long-term disability - Malpractice insurance covered under Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) at no cost - DEA renewal paid by employer - Retirement plans: 403(b) with 3% employer match and 457 plan available - Paid time off: 15 vacation days, 10 sick days, 10 paid holidays - CME/professional development: 5 days off plus $3,500 annual allowance - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and legal/financial resources - Flexible scheduling options available Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to a diverse patient population - Conduct physical exams, preventive screenings, and manage chronic conditions - Collaborate with behavioral health specialists, care coordinators, and other clinical staff to provide integrated care - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings - Provide supervision or mentorship to medical residents or students if desired - Support mission-driven care for underserved and uninsured communities Requirements - Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree - Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Licensed to practice in the state of Georgia or ability to obtain licensure - Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care - Experience with underserved populations preferred - New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
