Job Description:

dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating
Room (OR) Surgical Services team. In this role, you will be
responsible for managing and providing specialized nursing care
during perioperative services under the direction of a surgeon.
This position requires a high level of expertise in surgical
procedures, patient safety, and team communication. As a member of
our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a
state-of-the-art environment with a focus on high-quality outcomes
and patient satisfaction. Provide direct and individualized nursing
care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing
principles. Assist in the performance of surgical procedures,
providing necessary tools and equipment to surgeons and ensuring
patient safety. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions
as appropriate using computerized documentation systems. Coordinate
with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or
evaluate patient care plans. Handle pre-operative preparations and
post-operative recovery of patients, ensuring all guidelines and
safety measures are followed. Proven ability to operate medical
equipment and tools related to surgical procedures. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with
patients, families, and medical staff. Critical thinking skills and
the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Medical

Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
