Job Description:

HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated and skilled Med Surg RN to join our team, providing top-notch nursing care in a high-paced medical-surgical environment at one of the nation's leading healthcare providers. This role involves managing patient care, monitoring patient status, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver effective medical interventions. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a medical-surgical setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Collaborate with healthcare team members to formulate care plans. Educate patients and families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Participate in professional development and research activities for continual learning and improvement. Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
