Days - 9 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a
meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated
and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with
injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills
while working in a hospital setting in Gainesville, FL. Minimum
Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in
Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Florida
Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS
certification from AHA or ARC required. Experience working in an
inpatient rehabilitation or hospital rehab unit preferred.
Familiarity with Meditech (Expanse) documentation system preferred.
Experience with typical IPR gym equipment, including balance and
gait systems, preferred. Ability to perform patient evaluations,
ADL training, transfers, family/patient education, therapeutic
exercise, and functional training. Willingness to participate in
weekend rotation as part of call requirements. Apply now and you

Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital (Inpatient
Rehabilitation / Rehab Unit). Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days
0800-1700. Patient Ratio: Approximately 7:1. Unit Size: 30 beds;
multidisciplinary staff including PT/OT/SLP/tech; typical staff
count ~22. Documentation System: Meditech (Expanse). Typical
Equipment: IPR gym equipment including balance and gait systems.
Dress Code: Scrubs, light gray color. Location Highlights
