position of Lead Respiratory Therapist RRT. This integral role is
designed for a highly skilled and certified respiratory therapist
who is passionate about leading a team dedicated to providing
exceptional respiratory care. Our state-of-the-art facility

superior patient outcomes. Oversee the daily operations of the
respiratory therapy department. Ensure the respiratory care team
adheres to hospital policies and healthcare regulations. Develop
and implement respiratory care plans and protocols. Provide direct
patient care and administer complex respiratory treatments. Train,
mentor, and evaluate staff on respiratory techniques and best
practices. Participate in multidisciplinary patient care planning
and management. Manage departmental staffing, scheduling, and
budgeting. Stay updated with the latest respiratory care practices,
technologies, and professional standards. Advanced knowledge of
respiratory care practices and procedures Proficiency in the use of
respiratory care equipment Strong leadership and team management
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental

Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for
Respiratory Care (NBRC) Active state licensure as a Respiratory
Therapist BLS/ACLS certification preferred
