Provide high-quality patient care in an emergency room setting on a per diem basis. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team. Administer medications, maintain detailed patient records, and comply with all safety protocols. Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families. Stay updated with latest healthcare technology and practices to enhance service efficiency. Strong clinical skills in an emergency care environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license in applicable state BLS/ACLS certification PALS certification preferred for those dealing with pediatric care
