general Ophthalmology, no cataract volume pressure, just the

- Balanced academic schedule with 4.5 clinical days per week,
protected administrative time, and a predictable clinic and OR
structure that respects your time.
- Only 2-3 weeks of call per year - residents
and fellows handle first call, you supervise. Your life outside the
hospital remains yours.
- Clinic and ASC co-located at a single site - no travel between
locations, no wasted time.
- Strong senior-faculty mentorship with clear paths for academic
advancement, leadership, and national society involvement.

Qualifications :
- Fellowship training in cornea ophthalmology; board-certified or
board-eligible.
- Clinically comfortable with complex corneal and anterior
segment pathology.
