What You ll Do

• Provide advanced clinical care for neonates in a Level-III NICU environment
• Work collaboratively with neonatologists and an interdisciplinary team to deliver family-centered, high-quality care
• Manage and support care for high-risk pregnancies and premature or critically ill infants
• Participate in NICU coverage across 8-hour and 24-hour shifts as scheduled
• Coordinate with other pediatric specialists (as needed) such as cardiology, endocrinology, radiology, neurology, and orthopedics
• Support continuity of care within a long-standing practice where NNPs and physicians work as a team

What You Need
Required

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification (no FNP/PNP/other NP certifications accepted)
• 2+ years of current experience as an NNP
• Ability to work 8-hour and 24-hour shifts

Preferred

• Experience in a high-acuity Level-III NICU setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a multidisciplinary pediatric environment

This permanent Neonatology Nurse Practitioner opportunity is based at a leading Level-III NICU facility in Tallahassee, Florida, supporting high-risk moms and premature or critically ill babies. The unit provides comprehensive NICU services with a multi-specialty team and additional supporting resources, including a dedicated PICC team and child life support.
