The opening is for a long-term year-round position in which the employee will have the opportunity to grow with the company. Previous swimming team or swimming instruction experience is not required. Employment Information Hours of Operation: M-F (9:00a - 1:00p & 3:00p - 8:00p) / Sun-Sat (8:00a - 1:00p & 1:00p - 4:00p) Semester Based Staff Scheduling: Spring - (Jan - Apr) / Summer - (May - Aug) / Fall - (Sep - Dec) Minimum of 2 Shifts per Week Afternoons and Weekends Required Consistency in Staff Attendance Emphasized Year-Round Employment Growth and Advancement Opportunities Available No Experience Required. We will train you for a minimum of 40 hrs.
