Job Description:
Aramark seeks a talented and enthusiastic Catering Chef Manager
to oversee our hospitality services within a dynamic environment.
This individual will play a crucial role in driving our commitment
to excellence and innovation in culinary services. Positioned at
the intersection of creativity and culinary excellence, the
Catering Chef Manager will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the
highest quality of food preparation and presentation while
satisfying diverse client needs across various events. Oversee the
day-to-day operations of the catering kitchen, ensuring seamless
production and service. Plan, create, and refine menus that meet
client preferences and dietary needs while maintaining
cost-effectiveness and compliance with health regulations. Train
and manage kitchen personnel and supervise all culinary activities;
ensure staff comply with sanitary and safety guidelines. Cultivate
relationships with vendors to secure the best prices and products.
Consult with clients to customize menus for special events such as
weddings, conferences, and school functions. Monitor inventory
levels and perform necessary adjustments based on event needs and
budget constraints. Enhance and innovate on recipes and menu
options that align with Aramark's commitment to quality and client
satisfaction. Prepare and present detailed budget reports and
forecasts. Expertise in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong leadership and personnel management skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff
and clients. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinking in menu planning and budget management. Medical

Certified Executive Chef (CEC) preferred. ServSafe certification or
equivalent food handlers' permit required.
