Job Description Job Description Requirements 15 or more years of experience in lead full-stack development utilizing the Microsoft .NET framework. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React. Experience with Azure cloud application deployment and Azure SQL Server infrastructure. Experience in RESTful APIs, WCF, Web API, and data exchange formats including XML and JSON. Experience with relational database design, Entity Framework, and advanced SQL query optimization. Experience in PeopleSoft ERP systems and legacy environments including CICS, TSO, and ISPF. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Lead the technical analysis and remediation of complex financial computing assets for enterprise modernization. Architect and develop scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core and responsive frontend interfaces. Integrate financial management systems with the state accounting platform via RESTful APIs and web services. Deploy and optimize cloud-based software solutions within the Azure ecosystem for high availability. Design and maintain relational data models and Azure SQL databases to support enterprise analytics. Direct the creation and execution of technical test plans, unit tests, and quality assurance protocols. Provide expert-level technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to cross-functional engineering teams.
