Immigration Attorney (Relocation assistance)Location: Jacksonville, FL and Langley Park, MDType of Work: On-siteType of Contract: PermanentSalary: $85,000 - $100,000 Annually, Plus Annually BonusesBilingual (Spanish/English) is requiredDescriptionWe're actively seeking an Immigration Attorney to join the team of an important, fast-growing, and prestigious law firm with multiple offices across the U.S.The ideal candidate for this role will be a great communicator, effective team member and leader, and a self-starter who is passionate about immigration law. This individual must be capable of managing a heavy caseload of immigration cases, supervising a large team of paralegals, meeting deadlines, and being accessible to clients and partners. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential to succeed in this position.Responsibilities:Meet with potential new clientsCoordinate case and legal strategyManage multiple cases, paralegals, projects, and deadlinesTrain and supervise staffPrepare and revise court documentsConduct legal research and write motions, briefs, and memorandaKeep abreast of legislative changes and judicial case lawMarket the law firm's servicesWork one Saturday a month with the potential for bonuses for new clients signed during those daysCross sell various other practices within the law firmHandle court hearings and trialsBecome an expert on Family Petitions, Asylum, Individual Hearings, SIJIS, U-Visas, Waivers, etc.Qualifications:J.D. from an ABA Accredited Law SchoolActive Bar License in Good Standing from any US State or PR (Required)Authorized to work in the USFluent in SpanishImmigration experience (1 year or more)Benefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time OffSick Time OffPerformance bonus opportunitiesPaid birthday and work anniversary401K PlanCorporate gym membershipPaid Parking'ttg Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and recruiting agency.
