The Opportunity: Corporate Associate Attorney Our esteemed

Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent

business law. As a Corporate Associate Attorney, you will have the
opportunity to handle a diverse range of corporate matters and
provide top-tier legal advice to our clients. The ideal candidate
is a highly motivated individual with a proven ability to manage
complex commercial transactions and business matters. Key
Responsibilities: Represent clients in a broad range of general
commercial and corporate matters, including mergers and
acquisitions, corporate governance, and business transactions.
Provide legal counsel on complex business matters and ensure
compliance with relevant corporate laws and regulations. Handle
commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and
reviewing contracts, leases, and other related documents. Advise
clients on the formation and structuring of business entities and
partnerships. Assist in the negotiation and drafting of complex
business agreements. Conduct due diligence, draft legal documents,
and provide guidance on corporate finance and investments.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of practicing experience in
corporate and commercial matters. Active Florida Bar membership in
good standing. Strong experience with general commercial matters,
including business transactions, corporate governance, and entity
formation. Proven expertise in commercial real estate transactions.
Experience handling complex business matters, including mergers and
acquisitions and business restructuring. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client
relationships and deliver tailored legal advice.
