Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
Senior Production Lead to join their team. As a Senior Production
Lead, you will be part of the Production Department supporting
night shift operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective
communication, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Production Lead Location: Jacksonville, FL Pay
Range: $22.05/hr Shift: D shift (6 pm to 6 am), 2-2-3 rotating
shift What's the Job? Provide strong leadership to production teams
during the night shift, ensuring adherence to production schedules
and quality standards. Work closely with other departments to
create and implement production schedules, optimize workflows, and
resolve any production issues. Conduct training sessions for team
members, ensuring they are skilled in the latest production
techniques and safety protocols. Identify opportunities for process
improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and
productivity. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety
regulations, and quality standards. What's Needed? Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing
environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent
problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in
production management software and Microsoft Office Suite. What's
