This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversees the operations
of Barnes Healthcare Services, by working closely with the
Leadership Team at all nine locations in Georgia and Florida.

Managing a business infrastructure.
Experience is the key to this job. The ideal candidate will work
closely with the CEO to build and oversee ongoing and new
operations. The ability to maintain control over diverse business
operations is vital for success. The goal of the COO will be to
secure functionality of the business and drive our upcoming growth
The COO will be required to work from the Barnes Corporate
office located in Valdosta Georgia.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of operations management experience WITH experience in
managing multiple healthcare business units within one organization
or in a integrated healthcare system.
BS/BA in Business Administration/Management or other relevant
field; MS/MBA is a plus.
High aptitude in decision making and problem solving
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Working knowledge or analysis, metrics, and operational
