Description The Canopy at Azalea Grove in VALDOSTA, GA is
seeking a driven, self-starter with a background in sales, who
is passionate about serving senior adults and their families. Our

inter-personal, organizational, and time-management skills, as well
as be able to balance their time between the office and the
field in handling sales calls. This person would thrive in an
environment where much of their work will be completed
independently, via e-mail, phone and in-person visits with
prospective families and other referring community agencies.
Incumbent will be called upon to develop leads through
networking, social media and relationship development. Must be
comfortable working with and communicating with individuals in all
walks of life, positions, and demeanor. Must have excellent
wirttten and verbal communication skills, and a proven track reocrd
of succesful sales.

Responsible for and accountable for the organization, including
planning and development of all functions and programs of the sales
department with minimal supervision and guidance from the executive
Position Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conducts tours in the community, accepts and answers sales

Plans and hosts special sales events at the community or other
venues promoting your community.
Maintains an up-to-date inquiry/lead database.
Reviews/updates the quarterly action plan on a quarterly basis
to meet changing needs of community.
Achieves all occupancy goals as established by executive
Visits each area of the community on a daily basis to ensure
areas are clean, safe, and project the appropriate atmosphere/image
for residents, family members, and visitors, and reports findings
to the executive director.
Responsible for all closings, processes appropriate move-in
paperwork, and notifies and disperses such paperwork to appropriate
Ensures that only approved designs are used in advertisements
and marketing collateral's.
Responds promptly and courteously to resident’s requests.
Takes the initiative in work, seeks out additional information,
and offers solutions/suggestions.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to
four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Additional Eligibility Requirements
Working knowledge of computer systems, Microsoft and YARDI
Must submit to and pass a drug test pursuant to Company
Drug-Free Workplace Policy which includes random testing.
