Under minimal supervision, the HR Business Partner assists
management in evaluating, developing and revising Human Resources
policies, procedures and programs in order to ensure they meet
company needs and objectives. Administers, coordinates, and
supports organizational programs and services. Partners with
leaders, managers and employees on issues related to compensation,
performance management, staffing, on-boarding, retention, and
employee relations. Responsible for aligning business objectives
with employees and management in designated business units.
Communicates proactively and seeks to develop integrated solutions.
Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver
value-added service to management and employees that reflects the
business objectives of the organization. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &
ABILITIES Bachelors degree in human resource management, or related
field or equivalent years of experience preferred. Minimum of three
(3) years in human resources or related management preferred.
Computer experience in Windows, word processing, and spreadsheet
preferred. Prefer Microsoft. Handles multiple priorities, exhibits
independent discretion, makes decisions under pressure, manages
stress appropriately, and works well with others. Strong ability to
establish and maintain effective working relationships with a
variety of personnel at all levels
