Job Description:

Customer Success Advocate III position is needed to replace the current individual in this spot who is moving to another opportunity.  Accounts will be mostly handled in the states of GA and AL and possible other National Accounts pending assignment case by case needs basis for the area and clients accordingly based on spend amounts.

Travel required 75% of the time. 


  • Effectively manage the progress and success of all clients assigned.

  • Engage in high-profile activity across strategic client groups.

  • Build and Develop strong working relationships with customers and users at all levels from Owner/Decision Maker(s) on down.

  • Demonstrate account ownership by Supporting client requests with a constant sense of urgency.

  • Return calls, texts, emails within 24 business hours to clients / teammates accordingly.

  • Evaluate and Analyze account performance and trends to determine adjustments to dealer expectations, goals and objectives in order to achieve results.

  • Closely Monitor system ‘red flags’ and emergencies with clients by taking immediate action at all times.

  • Generate additional revenue by harvesting existing accounts for additional stores and products.

  • Determine needs for additional resources and Training, in order to maintain continued success with all clients.

  • Consistently work “lost lines” accounts to Re-engage and Reclaim revenue by planting seed of doubt “grass isn’t greener”.

  • Effectively Manage time and activity to successfully engage with at least 5 clients per day

  • Work with “at risk” clients and determine the proper action plan.

  • Produce positive dealer surveys via Driving Sales reviews.

  • Travel to clients, allowing for maximum quality time with all clients and maximum client reach.

  • Engage and Participate in the exchange of best practices across entire team.
