About the Role
We are seeking a confident leader to serve as an Academic Dean, responsible for the strategic leadership, administration, and academic integrity of our campus. This role involves overseeing faculty, curriculum development, student success initiatives, accreditation compliance, and overall academic operations.
Responsibilities

• Provide curriculum development, academic policies, and faculty development.
  
• Ensure academic programs meet accreditation, state, and federal requirements.
  
• Implement training programs and workshops for faculty/staff professional development.
  
• Lead student retention efforts and support program directors and faculty with retention strategies.
  
• Manage budgetary and financial planning for the academic division.
  
• Foster relationships with external partners, including businesses, advisory boards, community organizations, and accrediting bodies.
  
  Requirements
  

• 
  
• Master's degree in an academic area or education (required).
  
• Doctorate degree in an academic area or education (preferred).
  
• At least 8 years of leadership experience in education.
  
• At least 4 years of experience teaching or in an administrative role within a post-secondary institution.
  
• Experience as an Academic Dean is preferred.
