If you're looking for an opportunity that combines growth, purpose, and excellence-this is the role for you.*Position Overview*As a *Certified Surgical Technician*, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality surgical care, working directly under the supervision of experienced RNs and surgeons. You'll have the opportunity to engage in diverse cases including *orthopedic, neurosurgical, vascular, and robotic-assisted procedures*.*Key Responsibilities** Perform scrub duties for a wide range of surgical specialties* Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique protocols* Prepare, organize, and pass instruments during procedures* Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes* Support patient care initiatives pre-, intra-, and post-operatively*Preferred Experience** Minimum *2 years of CST **experience* strongly preferred* Prior experience in *acute care surgical settings* (1+ years)* Familiarity with *Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, and Robotic surgery* is highly desirable*Required Qualifications** Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Certification *must be in hand** Completion of an accredited vocational or technical surgical tech program* Basic Life Support (BLS) - required within 30 days of hire* Open to candidates without acute care experience, if otherwise qualified*Shift Details** *Days:* 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM* *Evenings:* 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM or 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM* *On-Call Rotation:* Equally shared, must be at the facility within 30 minutes when called in (regardless of home location)*Compensation & Incentives** *Base Pay Range:* $22.66 - $32.86/hr (based on experience)* *Sign-On Bonus:* upto $15,000* *Shift Differentials:** Nights: +$3.25/hr* Evenings: +$2.00/hr* Weekends: +$2.00/hr* On-Call Pay: $4.00/hr + time-and-a-half if called in* *Relocation Assistance:* Available*Comprehensive Benefits Package** Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage* Free telemedicine and AirMed medical transportation* 401(k) with up to 9% company match* Employee Stock Purchase Program (10% discount)* Generous PTO and paid family leave* Tuition reimbursement and student loan support* Counseling and well-being services (emotional, financial, legal)* Insurance options (life, disability, identity theft, pet, and more)* Career development programs and leadership training*Why Join Us?*Be part of a dynamic surgical department that operates with a strong commitment to *patient care, clinical excellence, and cutting-edge technology*.
