Job Description Director of Innovative Home Services Jacksonville, FL | Full-Time | Private Duty Home Care Leadership Cypress Village, a Life Care Services senior living community, is seeking a compassionate and visionary Director of Innovative Home Services (IHS) to lead our thriving private duty care program. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of in-home care within a vibrant, supportive community. Why This Role Matters: As Director of IHS, you’ll lead a dedicated team that empowers residents to age in place with dignity and personalized support. You’ll oversee admissions, assessments, care planning, and team supervision—while also driving program growth through strategic outreach and marketing.
